These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trong Sạch. By accessing our website or engaging our professional cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use our services.
User Obligations and Conduct
1. General Obligations
As a user of our website and services, you agree to:

- • Lawful Conduct: Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations
- • Authorization: Ensure you have proper authority to engage our services on behalf of your facility or organization
- • Communication: Maintain professional and respectful communication with our staff and representatives
- • Safety: Disclose any hazardous conditions or materials present at your facility that may affect our staff's safety
2. Prohibited Activities
You are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Website Misuse

- • Distributing malware or viruses
- • Automated data scraping
- • Interfering with website operation
Service Misuse
- • Fraudulent service requests
- • Harassment of staff members
- • Unsafe working conditions
- • Non-payment for services
3. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to labor laws, safety regulations, environmental standards, and data protection requirements. Any violation may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trong Sạch, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
Liability and Warranties
1. Service Warranty
We warrant that our professional cleaning services will be performed in a workmanlike manner using industry-standard practices and procedures. If you are dissatisfied with our service quality, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion to allow us to address the issue.
This warranty is limited to re-performing the service at no additional charge. We do not provide any other warranties, express or implied, regarding service outcomes.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of website content
- • Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- • Warranties regarding the results that may be obtained from using our services
3. Limitation of Liability
General Limitations:
To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Trong Sạch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- • Business interruption or operational disruptions
- • Loss of data or information
- • Damage to reputation or goodwill
Cap on Damages: Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services during the three months immediately preceding the claim.
4. Exclusions from Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, equipment failures, or other force majeure events. Additionally, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to facilities or items not disclosed prior to service commencement.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
2. Dispute Resolution Procedures
Step 1 - Informal Resolution:
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve any disputes. Either party must provide written notice of the dispute to the other party, and both parties shall meet within 15 days to discuss resolution.
Step 2 - Mediation:
If informal negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties may agree to submit the matter to mediation before pursuing litigation.
Step 3 - Litigation:
If mediation is unsuccessful or not agreed upon, either party may proceed with litigation in accordance with the governing law provisions.
3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
4. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trong Sạch regarding the use of our website and services. These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written, between you and us.
5. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Trong Sạch.
Assignment and Transfer
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to any third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, typhoons)
- • Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
- • Government actions or regulatory changes
- • Pandemics or public health emergencies
- • Labor disputes or strikes
- • Utility failures or telecommunications issues
The affected party shall notify the other party promptly of any force majeure event and make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such event.
Terms Modification Policy
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through email or a prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
Age Requirements
Our services are intended for use by businesses and organizations, not individuals under the age of 18.
